Job summary

CEVA Supply Chain in Bridgeport, NJ is hiring an entry-level Quality Inspection Associate to support day-to-day quality operations, perform inspections, document findings, and assist with corrective actions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This in-person, five-day position starts at 7 or 8 am, offers $20 per hour with potential range up to $21.50, and includes benefits such as health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse, distribution, or operational environment.
• Ability to operate with instruction and training appropriate material handling equipment, as required.

Responsibilities

General Summary

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop foundational experience in quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (e.g., healthcare, food, consumer goods).
• Exposure to ISO, GMP, or similar quality systems.
