Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in King of Prussia to manage shipment planning and execution for sensitive materials. The role ensures accurate routing, documentation, and compliance across domestic and international networks.

Shift: Tue–Sat 8:00am–5:00pm. Pay: $24.25/hr. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, carriers, and customs to resolve issues and maintain visibility throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates shipment planning and execution activities for sensitive, high-value, or time-critical materials across domestic and international transportation networks.
  • Ensures shipment requirements, routing details, handling instructions, and documentation are accurate and complete to support compliant and timely delivery.

  • Supports the development of shipment solutions that align with customer requirements, transportation constraints, and regulatory considerations.
  • Maintains shipment records, tracking information, and operational updates to support traceability and logistics coordination.
  • Coordinates with network partners and service providers to support handoffs, transit milestones, and final delivery outcomes.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.


Required Experience

2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation operations, customer care, supply chain support, or a related field required.


Preferred Experience

Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
