JOB DESCRIPTION:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION OR TRAINING:Minimum of high school diploma or GED; Strong organization skills; Strong computer skills – entry, database, spreadsheets; Excellent communications skills – oral and written; Customer service orientation in communicating with all stakeholders in person and on the phone.
SKILLS:Treats confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion; Ability to work in a hectic environment; Presents a professional image when representing BCSS through word, action and dress; Physical activities required to perform all job duties to include standing and/or sitting for long periods of time.
EXPERIENCE:Previous secretarial experience preferred.
