Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Louisville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Clerk for the afternoon shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm–10:30pm). You will process orders, maintain inventory in a WMS and help keep shipments moving.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of warehouse experience, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). We offer benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pullStand, sit or walk for long periods of timeHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
