Ferrara/KME, a Terex Corporation company, seeks an Accounts Receivable Clerk to process invoices and payments in a fast-paced environment. The role supports month-end closing and requires strong data entry and accounting knowledge.

Working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, this on-site position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork with various departments. Prior experience with Great Plains and MS Office is preferred.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments. Mon-Fri 8a-5p, 60 min lunch

Responsibilities:

• Enter deposits daily (Cash, Credit Card, Checks, ACH, and Wires)
• Research any payment discrepancies
• Prepare and process all invoicing (Stock, Non-stock, and Truck Billing)
• Research and resolve customer invoice discrepancies and issues
• Process customer credits
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Collections of past due invoices
• Correspond with customers and respond to inquiries
• Create and maintain customer files
• Produce monthly reports
• Assist with month end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in contact on a day to day basis.
• Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned department.
• Meet minimum standards of housekeeping per assigned department.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):

• High School Diploma required
• College courses in Accounting is beneficial
• Minimum of 1-3 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounts receivable
• Knowledge of general accounting proceduresKnowledge of relevant accounting software
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Must be computer literate.
• Working knowledge of Great Plains preferred but not required.
• Must be able to effectively use Microsoft Office including Excel/Access/Word
• Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
