Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Clerk in California (Tracy area) to keep orders flowing and inventory accurate. You will process orders, maintain the Warehouse Management System, and handle documentation for domestic and international shipments.

The role requires basic computer skills, MS Office, reading and writing in English, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. A high school diploma and SAP experience with WMS are preferred; overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures in English.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are required.

Pay, Benefits And More.

The hourly pay rate for this is $20.75. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform data entry tasks
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS (SAP)

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
