The Well, a liquor store in Wellsville, KS, is seeking a Part-Time Clerk to join the team. Store hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-9pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-8pm. Must be available to work any hours including weekends, up to 25 hrs/week.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with selections, operating the POS system, performing inventory tasks, and stocking shelves. A strong focus on customer service and reliability is required, with a high school diploma or GED

Customer Care Duties

1. Welcome customers, staff, and service personnel who visit the liquor store in person or by phone in a professional, respectful, friendly, and engaging manner
2. Assist customers with their selections in an engaging and helpful matter
3. Check customers out at the counter using our POS system
4. Assist with doing inventory and rotating stock around the store
5. Must be able to lift heavy boxes of inventory as well as being able to re-stock 30 packs in the cooler

Required Background, Experience and Credentials:

• Computer literate
• Cash handling experience
• 21+ years old
• Must have valid state ID
• Experience with inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 -2 years of customer service experience
