  • Support departmental projects with a variety of tasks.
  • Provide general business support for routine functions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Communication- Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and e-mail messages. Greet and direct visitors to the department.

  • Materials and Supplies- Stock and maintain supplies within the department. May transport correspondence, files or supplies to other departments.
  • Project Support- Perform a variety of tasks related to supporting departmental projects.
