Clearing Crew Loader/Rake Operator

Location: Green Cove Springs, FL.

Main purpose: load trucks and gather debris and vegetation into piles and wind rows. The role may vary by operation and remain flexible. Responsibilities include sorting and sifting materials to create and manage brush piles.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Operate a loader with rake attachment.
• Clean and perform quality checks on machinery to ensure proper function.
• Perform a variety of physical labor tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Work under diverse field and weather conditions.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs, and stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, twist, push and pull as required.
• Wear required PPE in accordance with safety manuals and OSHA regulations.
• Work weekends if requested by the foreman.
• Communicate effectively with the foreman.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to job sites located 10–80 miles from the base.
• Maintain a drug‑free status; medical drug cards are not accepted.
