Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• BS Engineering and > 5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Management Process and Implementation for DoD lifecycle.
• Knowledge of DoD policies on Systems Engineering, IPPD and IPT Management.
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate design and engineering activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems engineering activities including requirements analyses, functional analyses, design solutions, systems analysis and architecture artifacts.
• Formulate and issue systems engineering documents, processes, procedures and milestones.
• Perform top level design, development, integration, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Translate military requirements into system concepts and performance specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as specs, drawings, interfaces, and changes.
• Participate in post awards, design reviews, and IPTs as project engineer/technical expert.
