Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Site Supervisor to manage on-site security operations at a Department of Defense site in Rochester, NH. The role requires a DoD clearance, full-time hours, and a pay rate of $26.55 per hour.

You will oversee staffing, training, and contract compliance to ensure high-quality service. The supervisor will coordinate scheduling, incident reporting, post orders, and client communications while providing direction to security personnel.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations).
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site or prior military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, incident reports, post orders).
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and emergencies as per site Post Orders.

Allied Universal® is hiring a Cleared Security Site Supervisor - Department of Defense (DOD) Clearance Required.

• Position Is: Full time
• Work Days Available: Candidate's should be flexible Monday - Sunday
• Pay Rate: $26.55 / hour

The general purpose and function of the Site Supervisor encompasses the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services for a client's site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal®. personnel assigned to his/her site)
• Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift
• Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)
• Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.
• Respond to client requests
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel
• Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management
• Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders
• Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel

Qualifications (must Have)

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment)
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Must possess one or more of the following:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site
  • Prior military experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Prior law enforcement or armed security experience
• Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field
