Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to administer and execute the PERSEC program, supporting a high-volume lifecycle from onboarding to separations. You will work with the FSO/AFSO and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements, and customer obligations.

The role emphasizes independent action, clear communication, and safeguarding sensitive PII and clearance information in multiple security platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional Personnel Security experience.
• Experience with DISS and NBIS/eApp.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume actions.

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security requirements per 32 CFR Part 117 and DCSA guidance.
• Conduct security clearance verifications and review DISS records.
• Oversee onboarding, SF-312, and required documentation.
• Process background investigations and Continuous Vetting actions.
• Maintain auditable personnel security records.
