atlasadvisors is seeking experienced Operational Language Analysts to join our Intelligence Team. The role includes translating and analyzing linguistic materials while supporting real-world intelligence operations. Candidates with TS/SCI clearance who possess 1 to 15+ years in language processing are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities / What you do

• Translate, transcribe, and gist audio and/or graphic materials in your target language.
• Draft SIGINT reports and other intelligence documentation.
• Conduct quality control, mentoring, and advanced language analysis (for senior‑level roles).
• Support real‑world missions and contribute directly to national‑level intelligence production.
• Perform crypto language processing, including scanning, recovering EEIs, compiling working aids, and updating databases.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (required on day one).
• ILR Level 2 or 3 in Audio and/or Graphic modalities in the target language.
• 1 to 15+ years of experience translating, transcribing, and/or gisting.
• 1 to 15+ years of experience in crypto language processing or related language experience.
• 1 to 15+ years of experience in intelligence reporting and target development.
• 1 to 15+ years of experience in quality control and mentoring (for OLA/OLAN 3–4).
• Typing proficiency on an English keyboard is required.
• Desired experience working in a national or tactical‑level SIGINT environment.
• Desired experience with speaker/language identification or network analysis.
• Desired experience completion of relevant cryptologic language or intelligence analysis training.
• Desired experience prior military or government service.
