Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, DoD-appropriate security clearance, and the ability to produce actionable recommendations for improving logistics performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in logistics, data analytics, engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics or related discipline.
• Five or more years of work experience.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency with MS Office tools, spreadsheets, databases, and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire domain-specific expertise through on-the-job training.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Active DoW Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• canvass databases and consolidate information for analysis.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative logistics analysis including simulation models.
• Research logistics operations including literature reviews and site visits.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations improving business performance.
• Lead projects to redesign or enhance Army supply systems via policies and processes.
• Communicate with clients through reports and presentations.
• Coordinate and staff recommendations with multiple agencies.
• Assist in marketing consulting services and market research.
• Assist in performance assessment and reporting.
• Apply data science to create workflows and dashboards to improve efficiency.
