MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking cleared Software Engineers with strong Java/J2EE skills to join a long-standing contractor supporting a mission-critical program of national scope. The role is on-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, with an Agile team and SAFe practices.

Responsibilities include design, development, automated testing, and CI/CD participation. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required, with flexibility for a Full Scope Polygraph potential.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
• 7 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience with multiple technologies including Java/JEE, Python, C/C++, SQL, SOAP, WSDL, WADL, Perl, PowerShell, VBScript, Eclipse, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Jenkins on Windows.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and maintain software with Java/J2EE and Spring, individually and in teams.
• Analyze complex requirements and translate into secure solutions.
• Write automated tests following BDD/TDD practices and refactor for code quality.
• Develop automation scripts and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Work with PostgreSQL and Oracle; use XHTML, HTML, XML and XSLT for web tech.
• Participate in PI planning and Agile release train ceremonies.
