Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services in Indianapolis is hiring cleanroom technicians to maintain a sterile environment in our healthcare setting. Full-time and part-time positions are available with rotating weekends and holidays, and training is provided.

Ideal candidates have prior cleaning or healthcare experience, strong communication, and the ability to follow SOPs. This role supports patient care by maintaining high cleanliness standards in the clean room and related areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs)

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room by garbing, cleaning the room and following clean room procedures.
• Performs decontamination cleaning and project assignments with consistency, accuracy and reliability, including executing cleanroom cleaning SOPs.
• Maintains documentation on all activities and daily quality control testing; verifies efficiency of work performed.
• Monitor and maintain stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials.
• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
