Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time Cleanroom Technician for Fresh & Ready FG PA in Middletown, PA. The role maintains a sterile cleanroom environment by garbing, cleaning, and following established procedures aligned with facility guidelines.

You will perform decontamination cleaning, document activities, monitor stock of cleanroom garments, and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom. Shift is 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm; pay rate is $18.50 per hour with internal referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Maintains a sterile cleanroom environment by garbing and cleaning.
• Performs decontamination cleaning per cleanroom SOPs.
• Maintains documentation and daily quality checks.
• Monitors stock of cleanroom garments and materials.
• Manages contamination sources within the cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Practices efficient cleaning techniques and SOPs.
• Executes cleaning and decontamination assignments with accuracy.
• Keeps thorough records of activities and QC testing.
• Monitors supplies for cleanroom garments and cleaning materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Maintains a sterile environment in the clean room, by garbing, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with the facilities practices or guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Practices efficient use of cleaning techniques, solutions preparation, equipment and tool operation.
• Performs all decontamination cleaning and project assignments within area of responsibility or as directed by supervisor with high level of consistency, accuracy and reliability. This also includes executing cleanroom cleaning SOP’s.
• Maintains documentation on all activities and frequent (often daily) quality control testing and verifies the efficiency of the work performed.
• Monitor and maintain the stock of cleanroom garments and cleaning materials when applicable.
• Monitor and manage contamination sources within the cleanroom environment including materials and personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years housekeeping or cleaning service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend Standard Operating Procedure Documents (SOPs)
• Exposure to chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing and/or safety equipment.
