SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Cleanroom Technician in Rio Rancho, NM. The role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and requires performing daily duties per schedule.

The position involves operating motorized cleaning equipment, adhering to safety rules, and maintaining a clean work area while collaborating with team members. The shift is Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm with an hourly wage of $15.25 to $16.25.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 6 months–1 year of experience, or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanroom duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Stop at risk behavior of others and self
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Maintain clean work area
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
• Fill in during staff shortage

• Present a professional appearance and conduct
