Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a role in a class 100/1000 clean room environment. The position emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and teamwork, with a 12-hour compressed shift schedule.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining records, logging tools, and reporting safety concerns; reading specifications, communicating across departments, and using basic arithmetic and PC software to collaborate professionally.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret specifications, maintain records, use basic arithmetic, and use material measurement equipment.
• Strong teaming skills, able to communicate professionally with all departments at all levels.
• Read, understand, and speak English.
• Ability to use PC software including Webmail to collaborate in a professional and respectful manner with coworkers, vendors, contractors, etc.

Responsibilities

• Wear all required PPE and follow safety systems at all times.
• Maintain training certifications and LMS training at 100% on time.
• Log tools that may have a problem and report safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and maintain data integrity.
• Work 12 hour compressed shifts (alternate between 3 and 4 shifts per week).
• Communicate professionally and collaborate with teams across departments.
