Job summary

EXALTA Group seeks a Clean Room Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) to clean, inspect, handle, and package parts in a controlled clean room. This role ensures that products are processed according to work instructions, travelers, quality requirements, and company procedures.

You will verify job numbers and quantities, maintain strict clean room standards, clock in/out correctly, and communicate issues during shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manufacturing or clean room experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and package parts per instructions and travelers.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, or defects.
• Handle parts to prevent contamination or damage.
• Verify job numbers, part numbers, and quantities.
• Complete travelers and production documentation accurately.
• Follow clean room gowning, cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean room and workstation clean and organized.
• Clock in and out of assigned jobs.
• Report quality issues or damaged parts to Lead or Manager.
• Follow production priorities and complete work timely.
• Communicate incomplete jobs during shift handoff.
• Assist with other clean room responsibilities as needed.

• Perform cleaning and packaging operations according to work instructions and travelers.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, damage, or visible defects.
• Handle parts properly to prevent contamination or damage.
• Verify job numbers, part numbers, and quantities before processing.
• Complete travelers and required production documentation accurately.
• Follow clean room gowning, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Maintain the clean room and workstation clean and organized.
• Properly clock in and out of assigned jobs.
• Report quality issues, discrepancies, or damaged parts to the Lead or Manager.
• Follow production priorities and complete assigned work in a timely manner.
• Communicate incomplete jobs or important issues during shift handoff.
• Assist with other Clean Room responsibilities as needed.

Physical Requirements
