Job summary

Acero Precision is seeking an experienced Cleanroom Packaging Assembly Technician to perform final assembly, cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging of precision medical devices in our West Chester, PA facility. You’ll work in an ISO-classified cleanroom, follow GMP and contamination control procedures, and ensure traceability, labeling, and documentation are accurate.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cleanroom manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with sterile barrier packaging and final inspection.
• Knowledge of GMP and contamination control.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly, cleaning, inspection, and sterile barrier packaging of precision medical devices.
• Package finished products using validated sterile barrier systems (pouches, trays, header bags).
• Operate heat sealing equipment and verify seal integrity and package quality.
• Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality specifications.
• Apply labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product identification accurately.
• Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation with traceability.
