Job summary

Fluxergy is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our Irvine, CA production team, assembling Test Card consumables and operating industrial automation in a cleanroom environment. The role emphasizes precision, safety, and adherence to procedures, with standard first shift hours and a focus on consistent quality.

The successful candidate will stand for long periods, maintain organized records, and collaborate to keep production flowing smoothly while meeting stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and responsibly.
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices when interacting with machinery.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble the components that make up our Test Card consumable with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate industrial and custom automation machinery safely and effectively.
• Follow established production procedures and detailed process work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet defined quality and performance specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Support daily production operations while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and machinery clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining product and material inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
• Perform additional tasks or support duties as needed to meet production goals.
