Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a FAB Onsite Technician I to join our New York facility. The role supports engineering and operations in a cleanroom environment, ensuring availability of clean parts, maintaining documentation, and resolving material discrepancies with minimal supervision.

You will work with engineering to resolve DMRs/FOIs, manage chemical usage records, and contribute to process improvements in assembly and substrate manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Cleanroom experience and PPE handling.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Proficient with data and documentation across systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment and preventive maintenance support in a cleanroom environment.
• Coordinate part and kit shipments with proper documentation.
• Assist engineering by presenting data to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain site paperwork related to chemical usage and labeling.
• Apply technical knowledge to resolve non-standard problems with minimal supervision.
• Support assembly and substrate manufacturing disciplines through hands-on tasks.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems to support issue resolution.
