Qualifications

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the area (Statesboro, Register, and Claxton).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks on your feet.
• Available to work early morning and/or late night shifts (based on site).
• Preferred floor care experience (floor scrub, strip & wax, carpet care, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists based on site requirements
• Ensure equipment and supplies are used and stored properly
• Communicate with supervisors regarding needs or issues at assigned sites
• Report low inventory or any safety concerns
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude on-site
