Job summary

Esteem Cleaning Services of Rochester is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician for our evening crew in Rochester, NY. The role involves cleaning commercial spaces, following checklists, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have prior cleaning experience, strong time management, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. A NYS driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work evening and/or night shifts consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Rochester, NY area.
• Must have current NYS driver's license and your own vehicle.
