Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Cleaning Technician to support the Maintenance Team in ensuring the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) remains clean and safe. You will operate forklifts to move debris and sweep floors, and use scissor lifts to reach under equipment for cleaning.

Work is performed under supervision, with emphasis on safety and adherence to guidelines. Prior forklift and scissor lift experience is required or certification preferred; industrial cleaning experience is a

• Industrial or facility cleaning experience a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.

Position Summary:

The Cleaning Technician supports the Maintenance Team by ensuring the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) remains clean and safe. This role uses forklifts to push material and sweep floors, and scissor lifts to reach and clean under equipment. Work is performed under the direction of the Maintenance Team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move debris, push material, and sweep floors.
• Use scissor lifts to clean and remove buildup from hard-to-reach and under-equipment areas.
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Follow instructions from the Maintenance Team regarding cleaning priorities.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience operating forklifts and scissor lifts required (certification preferred).
• Industrial or facility cleaning experience a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
