As demand for our fire and smoke restoration services grows, we’re looking to expand our team with dedicated, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians who are ready to make a difference in the lives of our customers.

Position Summary:
Our Cleaning Technicians play a crucial role in restoring homes and businesses after fire, smoke, and other disasters. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results with compassion and professionalism. This can be an entry-level position with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and deodorize structures and contents affected by fire, smoke, and other damage
  • Handle contents pack-out and inventory with care and precision
  • Use specialized cleaning agents and equipment according to training and safety protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during challenging times
  • Follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move items up to 75 lbs
  • Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, soot, and smoke
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is a plus, but not required
  • IICRC certification preferred, but we will train the right candidate
