Clean Home Colorado is seeking positive people to join our residential cleaning team. We value energy, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. This full-time role offers steady hours and a chance to make a real difference in clients' homes.

You will clean to high standards, lift up to 20 lbs, and work Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. Training is provided, and you keep 100% of your tips, with paid training and referral rewards.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift 20 lbs and perform cleaning duties.
• Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes/offices to high standards, dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming.
• Work alone or in teams in occupied or vacant homes.

Job Description:

We offer various types of cleanings such as Top to Bottom Cleans, General Cleans, and Maintenance Cleans. These cleans are done in occupied homes/Offices. You will be dusting and/or hand washing from the top such as ceiling fans, doors, trim, cabinet faces, pictures, shelves, and personal items - to the bottom - including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning baseboards, and everything in between! We also offer One-Time cleans such as Move-In/Out Cleans where the homes are vacant and you will be cleaning the inside of cabinets, washing windows within reach, garage sweeps, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms, deep cleaning inside of appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, etc.

Cleanings vary and you will find yourself at times working in every variation of; alone, in a team, in an occupied home, in a vacant home, an easy clean, hard-working clean, etc. We love what we do and find the positive in every scenario and always make the best of it!!!
