Job summary

Desert Maids is seeking cleaning technicians to maintain homes to a high standard and provide excellent customer service. You will follow company procedures, keep equipment in good condition, and perform thorough home inspections.

Flexible PT/FT positions with training, tips and bonuses, and a supportive team culture are offered. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and fluent in English.

Our cleaning technicians are responsible for not only cleaning our customer’s homes including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and other living spaces, they must also provide a top-notch customer service and are held to the Desert Maids standard of cleaning. This involves honesty, teamwork and independence, communication, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough customer home inspection.
• Ensure client satisfaction by resolving any issues with thoughtful consideration, quality control, and friendly customer service.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US
• Must pass a background check
• Must have functional smartphone with data plan
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
• Must be fluent in English
• Prior professional cleaning experience preferred, but not necessary
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs

Salary: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
