Job summary

Cloud Cleaning is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician to service an office building in the Tyler area. This part-time role runs 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, tackling cleaning tasks at a manufacturing site and offices with attention to safety.

You’ll vacuum, dust, sanitize, restrooms, and manage waste while keeping equipment organized and reporting any issues promptly. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Follow health, safety, dress, and personal hygiene standards.
• Availability during the required cleaning schedule.
• Willingness to take photos or videos when requested by a supervisor.
• Wearing appropriate PPE is required at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean at a manufacturing plant following all checklists and guidelines.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, clean restrooms, remove trash, and complete related tasks.
• Create a positive experience for clients, coworkers, and building guests.
• Communicate service needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Use cleaning products safely and mix solutions at the correct ratios.
• Keep equipment, carts, and janitorial areas clean and organized.
• Report damaged or missing equipment.
• Clock in and out accurately using our timekeeping system.
• Assist at other client locations when scheduling and business needs allow.
• Respond professionally to reasonable additional client requests.
