Cleaning Technician

SERVPRO of Cumberland, Morgan & White Counties is seeking a Fire, Mold, Contents & Cleaning Technician. Be the hero that helps recover and make disasters seem "like it never happened."

Primary Responsibilities

• Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected
• Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management, other technicians, & temp workers to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed including moving furniture, cleaning structure & contents.
• Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed.
• Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
• Clean and restore affected contents and structures
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

• Ability to complete a background check and drug screen subject to applicable law
• Perform general cleaning of all areas of the building as directed.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.

Pay based on experience. Compensation: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
