Job summary

Servpro Industries, Inc. is hiring for a field technician to support remediation and restoration projects across residential and commercial properties.

You will respond to service calls, perform packing-out, cleaning, and site preparation, and assist with the remediation process while maintaining equipment and vehicles. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, reliable communication with customers, and the ability to pass background checks; driving with an Indiana license is required for this

Servpro is a leading remediation and restoration company that provides services to both residential and commercial clients.

Technicians will perform and support remediation and restoration services of fire damage, water damage, mold damage, storm damage, and commercial services. This can include job preparation/protections, cleaning, repairs, light demolition, and other labor intensive activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to service calls as needed
• Inventory and Pack-out of contents
• Cleaning of contents
• Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
• Laundry cleaning services
• Maintain clean work vehicles, warehouse, equipment, and related
• Prepare sites for work activitiesSet up staging area and equipment for projects
• Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdowns

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a valid IN Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.

Salary is highly competitive and will be based on experience and ability.
