• A valid Driver's License - driving is a necessary part of the job.
• A very reliable car - you will drive from your home to your client's home, then to the next home, if you're a super star maybe a third home and then straight back to your home. No wasted time starting and stopping each day at an out of the way office. You're home time is valuable and we don't want to waste it on unnecessary processes or stops! Get in, make money, get out! Efficiency, speed and not hating our jobs is what we are about!
• Proof of Insurance on your car - State of Illinois requires it and we do too!
• A good working smart phone with a data plan - this allows you to only have to come into the office about once a week for an hour.
• Technology Savvy - use some basic apps for job management, time tracking, communication, GPS, photo/video, can snap a pic and create a good before & after side by side, etc.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English - communication is critical to success.
• Must be 21 years old
• Must live within a 20 minutes drive of Cary, Illinois
• Must be physically able to stand all day, be on your knees, walk, bend, reach, lift overhead, carry up to 40 pounds, walk up stairs, walk downstairs backwards while vacuuming. This job is a workout! Bonus you can skip gym day!

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, daytime hours only. We start between 8am and 9am and are typically finished between 3pm and 5pm depending on the schedule. You must be available Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm. You’ll be home for dinner every night.
