Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Cleaning Team Member who takes pride in keeping our stores spotless and welcoming for customers. This role rewards attention to detail and offers a premium for night shifts. Part-time team members stay at one store, while full-time members may work across two locations, with mileage and drive time reimbursed.

A strong team fits this dynamic, service-driven environment. Applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior cleaning experience, are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Prior janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Light equipment maintenance skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make Sheetz SPARKLE by cleaning windows, service areas, floors, restrooms and food/beverage areas.
• Inspect and clean service areas, maintain fuel units and car washes where available.
• Support store team to keep the store spotless.
• Full-time team members travel between two stores; mileage + drive time reimbursed.

Responsibilities:

• Making Sheetz SPARKLE by maintaining clean internal and external windows, service areas, vehicle parking spaces, extending parking areas, curbs and dumpster areas, floors, restrooms, food and beverage areas, coolers and freezers, and overall store grounds
• Taking the lead on inspecting and cleaning service areas, maintaining fuel dispensing units, cleaning and stocking car washes (at stores where we have them!) and snow removal when necessary
• Supporting the store team however they need to make spotless store dreams a reality
• Full-time team members must be willing to travel between two store locations (mileage and drive time exceeding 15 minutes reimbursed).

Qualifications:

Education

• High school degree or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Light equipment maintenance skills are preferred.
