Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader for Blackpole to lead a small on-site cleaning team at a retail store, delivering high cleaning standards from 5:00am to 10:00am.

This permanent role offers £14.50 per hour, a 25-hour week, and no travel between sites, with Tuesday to Sunday workdays and Mondays/Saturdays off.

You should be hands-on, reliable, and capable of managing rotas, training staff, and coordinating with store management.

Qualifications

• Experience as cleaner or supervisor incl. leading a team.
• Reliable, organised and able to start at 5am.
• Able to communicate confidently with store management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the cleaning team.
• Check cleaning standards and carry out quality inspections.
• Manage rotas, holidays and attendance.
