Job summary

MahlerClean, a Top Workplace recipient, seeks cleaning professionals to join our Southeast Wisconsin team. You will lead a 2-3 person crew at multiple Milwaukee-area locations, with a nightly shift starting at 5:00pm and ending around 2:00am.

Position requires transporting the team in a company vehicle and performing standard cleaning duties while maintaining a high level of service for clients. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation/holidays, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading a small cleaning crew preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; accessible by telephone.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2-3 cleaners at Milwaukee area locations.
• Transport team to sites in a company vehicle nightly.
• Perform general cleaning duties: vacuuming, trash, restrooms, floors and disinfecting.
• Ensure high level of customer service across sites.

We are looking for an experienced cleaner, housekeeper, or supervisor that will lead a crew of 2-3 full-time cleaners at various locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Qualified individuals will transport employees in a company vehicle to and from our Brookfield corporate office to various accounts on a nightly basis with a regular daily start time of 5:00pm Monday - Friday and an end time is approximately 2am.Proof of car insurance is required. vehicle required.In addition to transporting a team of cleaners, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning duties such as trash collection, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping of floors, dusting, etc. and ensuring that a high level of service is provided to our customers.
