Job summary

Whitlock Building Services is seeking a bilingual Shift Supervisor to lead janitorial teams, maintain quality standards, and deliver exceptional service for our clients. This hands-on role thrives in a fast-paced environment, developing people and leading by example.

You will supervise cleaning staff, enforce safety and quality standards, conduct shift huddles, and coordinate tasks with client representatives and management. Overnight shifts and physical cleaning duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous janitorial or facility services supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate employees.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and perform physical cleaning duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead janitorial teams and ensure quality service.
• Complete and submit Quality Inspection Reports.

Position SummaryWhitlock Building Services is seeking an experienced Bilingual Shift Supervisor to lead janitorial teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure exceptional service for our clients.
