Job summary

Guardian is seeking a diligent Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal to uphold a clean environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of janitorial experience, and reliable transportation. A driver’s license is preferred to ensure timely site access.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to the site.
• Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the building.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash daily.
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs.
