Ezer Home Solutions LLC is hiring Cleaning Specialists to clean and organize spaces in residential and commercial settings. The role supports both entry and higher levels with training and advancement opportunities.

Starting pay is competitive and includes bonuses, with a flexible schedule and options for full-time or part-time work. You will be part of a growing team focused on delivering exceptional results and building client trust.

Competenze

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning; level-based training is provided for Level I.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Able to follow app-based schedules and provide updates via Google Chat.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Flexible schedule supporting 15–35 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Clean and organize residential and commercial spaces to create spotless environments.
• Perform solo or team cleanings with quality, care, and efficiency.
• Follow client preferences and checklists to meet Ezer standards.
• Build trust and rapport with clients as a dependable part of their routine.
