Job summary

BETA Technologies seeks a Cleaning Specialist to support our electric aviation mission in Vermont. You will clean advanced manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces, performing detailed cleaning in high-tech areas while adhering to safety protocols.

This role also includes restroom and break room sanitization, dusting, mopping, and proper waste disposal to uphold our standards. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, onsite health benefits, and perks such as daily lunches

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain manufacturing floors, labs, offices, and shared spaces.
• Perform thorough cleaning of high-tech areas following safety rules.

• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors to professional standards.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables safely and correctly.
• Restock supplies and inform supervisors of needs.

How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:

• Clean and maintain advanced manufacturing floors, R&D labs, offices, and shared spaces
• Perform detailed cleaning of high-tech production areas while following safety and compliance protocols
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces to professional standards
• Remove waste and recyclables properly and safely
• Restock supplies and notify supervisors of inventory needs
• Support a culture of safety, organization, and operational excellence

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Previous commercial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace

The wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role. We pay competitively and base compensation on a variety of factors including skills, experience, industry background, and the evolving needs of the role. Compensation

$26—$30 USD
