Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning in the common areas of the building.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, break areas, and cafeteria.
• Ensure heating and cooling systems are operational.
• Maintain a neat and orderly supply room.
• May use powered equipment such as vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, fogging machines, and golf carts.
• Assist in examining the facility for safety hazards and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Secure keys and security badges issued; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

We've developed advanced methods to streamline the maintenance process so our customers can focus on their business, and we take care of the rest.Position SummaryThe Cleaning Specialist disinfects, cleans, and actively maintains their assigned facilities to support the customer’s needs.
