Placements24 is seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Team Lead to oversee cleaning operations in Welkom. The role involves leading a team of cleaning professionals, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring high-quality services across multiple sites.

This hybrid position combines on-site supervision with administrative duties, including on-the-job training, quality checks, inventory management, and enforcing health and safety standards to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning leadership or supervisory role.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation standards, and equipment usage.
• Strong organizational skills to plan cleaning schedules.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and supervise cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks and ensuring efficient work distribution.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaning-related issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
