Job summary

Molly Maid is seeking an Estimator/Sales in Tyngsborough, MA. Full-time, daytime schedule from 8am to 5pm, no nights or weekends. You will price quotes, meet warm leads at homes or over the phone, and drive growth through a proven sales process.

You'll receive training, a guaranteed wage from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, plus bonuses up to $10,000 annually. A company car is provided for daytime use, and advancement opportunities exist within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Available Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

Responsibilities

• Quote pricing for Molly Maid cleaning services in customer homes and over the phone.
• Meet with warm leads to present services and close sales.
• Update estimates and follow up until conversion.
• Support operations with customer insights to maintain satisfaction.
