Job summary

Legacy Concierge Services, LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a dedicated cleaning specialist to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You will perform vacuuming, mopping, restroom scrubbing, dusting, trash removal, and ensure the cleaning schedule is followed per scope of work.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, hands-on experience with cleaning tools and supplies, and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year janitorial experience.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment.
Excellent stamina and physical health.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the building.
Vacuum, mop, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash daily.
Clean windows and spot-clean carpets; restock restrooms.
Wipe spills with sponges and squeegees.
Write reports of areas cleaned and notify manager of repairs needed.
