Job summary

B&T Building Services in Orlando, FL is hiring two full-time housekeeping positions. If you take pride in clean spaces, you’ll work with a dependable team and receive weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms, offices, and common areas; making beds; sanitizing bathrooms; restocking supplies; and reporting maintenance issues. Medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.

• Clean guest rooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and other linens as needed.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Restock toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other essential supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Position Details

Position 1:

• Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Days off: Thursday and Friday

Position 2

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Days off: Sunday and Monday
• Location: Orlando, Florida
• Full-time positions
• Weekly pay

The cleaning position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming spaces and must have strong attention to detail.

Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, and common areas
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and other linens as needed
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other essential supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and ready for use
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications
