Job summary

B&T Building Services in Orlando, FL is hiring for two full-time housekeeping positions. You will be responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms, offices, and common areas with a focus on attention to detail and consistent, quality service.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and towels.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, restock supplies and restrooms.

Position Details

Position 1

• Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Days off: Thursday and Friday

Position 2

• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Hours: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Days off: Sunday and Monday
• Location: Orlando, Florida
• Full-time positions
• Weekly pay

The cleaning position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming spaces and must have strong attention to detail.

Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, offices, and common areas
• Make beds and replace sheets, pillowcases, and other linens as needed
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, mirrors, and toilets
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock toiletries, towels, cleaning products, and other essential supplies
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and ready for use
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications
