Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Technician to support cleaning and packaging manufacturing processes at our Hemlock, MI facility. This is a hands‑on manufacturing support role responsible for keeping the cleaning and packaging operation running safely, efficiently, and within quality standards. The position serves as the technical bridge between production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams on shift.
This person will troubleshoot equipment issues, monitor process performance, analyze downtime, drive continuous improvement projects, and support operators and supervisors to maximize production output and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The Shift Technician will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving process control, and supporting manufacturing performance.

The range for this position is$58,934.00-$81,034.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
