Job summary

BD is seeking a Cleaning Operator to sanitize Hypak SCF Syringe Processing areas, including Clean Rooms and gowning areas. The role ensures adherence to quality systems and safety regulations, with attendance as an essential function. Job Grade: JG1-H05 PCP Level: 3.

Responsibilities include cleaning multiple areas, stocking PPE, coordinating shutdown cleaning, and maintaining compliance with standards. Strong English reading/writing skills and ability to use measurement devices are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS/GED or 2 years' experience in lieu of education.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Use of measurement devices and quality records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean SCF, RNS, Stopper, Finals Inspecting, Casepack, and Window Load areas.
• Stock jumpsuits, gowns, hoods, gloves, and masks in the Clean Rooms.
• Replace sticky mats as assigned per schedule
• Use power sweeper every day in all areas.
• Lead the activity of the cleaning crews during July and December shutdowns.
• Respond to and coordinate cleaning efforts due to Clean Room depressurization.
• Other duties as assigned.

This includes SCF Barrel Clean Rooms, Finals Inspection area, Stopper Clean Rooms, RNS Clean Rooms and Gowning Rooms. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Job Grade: JG1-H05 PCP Level: 3
