Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean in Erie, PA is seeking a supervise role to organize shifts, train team members, and ensure tasks meet ServiceMaster standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

You will coach cleaners, monitor performance, respond to customer requests, enforce safety with OSHA regulations, and support a positive, on-site work environment with flexible scheduling and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning staff is required or preferred.
• Must communicate in English; bilingual is a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train cleaners on ServiceMaster’s standards, products, processes and procedures
• Oversees staff performance and ensures tasks are completed on schedule
• Assign shifts and handle call-offs
• Respond to customer complaints in timely and caring manner
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Open/close facilities and manage security as required
