Environment Control of Wisconsin, Inc. is hiring a Unit Manager Trainee for an evening, full‑time role with career growth opportunities.

The position requires travel to multiple client sites to perform commercial cleaning and learn company procedures under senior managers. Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, following quality standards, and developing leadership skills while contributing to operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple customer locations to perform commercial cleaning duties.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and general facility cleaning.
• Learn and follow commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Develop leadership and problem‑solving skills while working with experienced managers and supervisors.
• Support operational needs throughout your assigned coverage area.
• Work closely with management while developing leadership skills.

Starting Pay: $17-$18/hour

Unit Manager Trainee – Full‑time evening position with career growth opportunity.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Start time between 5:30 PM and 7:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts
• Occasional weekend coverage

What You'll Do

• Travel between multiple customer locations to perform commercial cleaning duties
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and general facility cleaning
• Learn and follow commercial cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Develop leadership and problem‑solving skills while working with experienced managers and supervisors
